About the Meditation Circle

The Women's Meditation Circle is a monthly event where women come together to meditate, share experiences, and support one another on their spiritual journeys. Our sessions are designed to accommodate both beginners and experienced meditators.

What to Expect

  • Guided Meditation: Led by experienced meditation instructor Kara Baxter, focusing on mindfulness and relaxation.

  • Group Sharing: An opportunity to share personal experiences and insights in a supportive environment.

  • Special Topic: Each week will have a specific focus

  • Teas: Enjoy a variety of herbal teas.

What to Bring

  1. Comfortable clothing

  2. A yoga mat or cushion (if preferred for seating)

  3. An open heart and mind
